Once receipt of your booking request, our reservation staff will contact the hotel to check for room availability and make tentative booking. If the hotel required is fully booked, some hotels in similar standard and location will be suggested. We will send our reservation confirmation for your record and indicate payment due date which depends on each hotel and seasons. Reservation procedures will response to you within 48 hour if reservation is received during our office hours (09:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m. Monday - Friday). PAYMENT METHOD Your credit card is required to hold your reservation, only. Payment is required at the hotel. All Card Information is Encrypted for Privacy over the Internet. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation must be notified to Crescent Hotel KC South in writing or email. And if be made after payment and more than 48 hours (may be longer up to the hotels and booking seasons - this will be informed to you by our staff) prior to checking-in: * Refund will be returned to the original credit card and 5% credit card fee will be applied * Refund will be returned in cash * If be made after payment and less than 48 hours (may be longer up to the hotels and booking seasons - this will be informed to you by our staff) prior to checking-in : * One night cancellation charge will be applied by hotel (may be more than one night charge in high or peak season) * Refund will be returned to the original credit card and 5% credit card fee will be applied EXTENSION OF STAY Please note that if after checking-in you would like to extend your stay in hotel, you should contact direct to us to get the same room rate. If not, we will response only the period mentioned on the voucher only.
